The City of Fairfield is requesting proposals from developers with experience in designing and implementing industrial developments. The 10.26 acre project site is located within central Fairfield on Red Top Road. The development proposal must be attractive, financially feasible and consistent with the City’s goal of bringing innovative industrial and manufacturing projects. From the proposals and follow up interviews, the City will select one candidate to enter into exclusive negotiations to develop the Red Top Road site. Deadline July 6, 2021 4:00 p.m.
