Households with a disabled  member are eligible to receive an additional $20,000 loan for ADA improvements.

Mobile homes must be located within city limits. The maximum loan amount is $15,000. The interest rate is 0% or 2%, based on the owner’s financial situation. There is an additional $5,000 for ADA improvements if a household member is disabled.

• Pitched roof addition

• Window replacement

• Bathroom renovation

• Kitchen renovation

• Structural work

• Painting

• Heating/air conditioning

• Plumbing and electrical

• Dry rot repair

• Floor coverings

• Tie down system for mobile homes

• ADA accessibility improvements

• 15 years or more for loan repayment, depending on financial need

• General property inspection

• Construction management, including:

1. Specification writing

2. Bid procedures

3. Contract development/award

4. Construction monitoring through project completion

For all programs, family income must be below these limits.
