The City of Fairfield will host its second annual “Blues, Brews & BBQ Cook-Off” event, which will take place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, on the County Lawn in Downtown Fairfield on the corner of Texas and Jefferson streets.

Attendees can enjoy live blues music, local fare from food trucks, and adults 21 and over can enjoy beer with their blues on the lawn. Our best chicken and pork ribs cook-off is back! Anyone who is interested can enter and cook on site to be judged. Winners will receive cash and a trophy prize.

To participate in the BBQ contest, fill out the application and return to the Parks & Recreation Department before April 6, 2023 at 5pm.
