Under Business from the Floor, the public may speak on items not on the agenda but within the jurisdiction of the Solano Animal Control Authority, provided that NO action may be taken on off-agenda items except as authorized by law. Off-agenda items from the public will be taken under consideration without discussion by the Board and may be referred to staff. Speakers are requested to limit their comments to three minutes, with one minute to summarize their remarks.

3. HUMANE ANIMAL SERVICES FINANCIAL UPDATE AND SERVICE IMPACTS; POTENTIAL BUDGET AUGMENTATION

A. Receive Financial Update from Humane Animal Services and potential impacts to level of service from Humane Animal Services.

B. Consider budget augmentation to contract for services executed by Solano Animal Control Authority and Humane Animal Services on August 22, 2023.
