The City of Fairfield participates in a number of Affordable Housing Programs designed to assist low and moderate-income households. Disabled and Minority households are encouraged to apply.
Borrowers are required to be represented by one of our Participating Lenders and Participating Agents for all Programs. Please contact the City to see which Lenders and Agents are participating in which programs. Note that depending on funding, the City does not offer all programs during all calendar years.
