Low-Income Housing Apartment Community:

Parkside Flats Apartments (1600 Woolner Avenue) is a 168-unit affordable apartment community available exclusively to low-income households.

All residents will need to qualify based on household income as follows:

  • 20% of the units available for residents who earn up to 50% of the Solano County Area Median Income
  • 80% of the units available for residents who earn up to 80% of the Solano County Area Median Income

The property will be subject to these household income limits for 30 years.

Units available will include:

  • (36) one-bedroom units
  • (104) two-bedroom units
  • (28) three-bedroom units

The property will provide residents with shared indoor and outdoor community areas including:

  • a managed leasing center
  • community room
  • computer center
  • mail/package room
  • fitness center

Outdoor amenity options will include a park-like setting, landscaping, pool, barbecue/picnic areas, and ample on-site resident and visitor parking.

The benefits of participating in this program include:

  • Timely Payments: Timely payment of the subsidy portion will be made to you every month. (The participant is responsible for the balance.)
  • Inspections:  Inspections will be conducted to ensure participants maintain and keep the unit up to standards.
  • Income-based pricing: If the participant’s income decreases, the amount of housing subsidy will increase.
