The proposed project consists of a 185-unit multifamily building, along with related parking, circulation, recreation, and open space facilities. All residential units will be contained in a single building, divided into three attached wings with a two-story parking garage.

The project site is located on a 5.78-acre parcel within the Green Valley Corporate Park. The site sits immediately west of an adjacent office complex consisting of two multi-story office buildings and related parking lots. A hotel is currently under construction to the south, along Business Center Drive. The proposed multifamily project does not front a public street, but would share access to Business Center Drive using existing internal driveways that serve the office buildings and hotel.

The General Plan and zoning for the site currently supports uses common to an office park, but does not allow residential uses.
